Confirmation: After confirming over the phone with the Head clown, this form must be filled out in its entirety, signed and returned to Cool Clowns for Kids within three days. Without receipt of this form we are unable to provide an entertainer. All information on this form must be first confirmed with the Head Clown; please call (845) 306-7552 with any changes before making them on this form.
Party Clowns: Although Jennifer (head clown) makes every attempt to be at every party, when parties are overbooked, Coco the Party Clown will be there! Mr. Coco the Party Clown is a skilled professionals, and has gotten rave reviews!
Deposits: Cool Clowns for Kids do not typically require an advance deposit, however, a deposit may be requested at the discretion of the head clown. If a deposit is requested, the deposit must be made in the form of a money order, is non-refundable, and is required within 7 days of the confirmation. If the party clown is booked last minute, the deposit is required immediately.
Cancellation Policy: All parties are final and can not be cancelled or rescheduled once confirmed via telephone with the head clown. Once confirmed, cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to date of engagement without penalty. If a cancellation is necessary, and is made within 30 days of the scheduled event, 75% of total price will be billed to the address provided, and is expected within 10 business days of cancellation. If the event is rescheduled within 2 weeks of the event, a 20% charge will be added to the bill.
Saftey: Cool Clowns for Kids uses high-quality, moderately expensive paints for face painting. We use Snazaroo, and Mehron paints, and according to the websites for Snazaroo, allergies to the product are extremely rare (something like one in ten million.) Please feel free to visit the Snazaroo website for more information about the safety of their products. To remove makeup, simply use a mild soap and water. Huggies supreme care baby wipes, or other high-quality wipes are also acceptable methods for removing make-up. Cool Clowns for Kids is not responsible for allergies the children (or adults) may have to the make-up, temporary tattoos, or our Qualatex balloons (Qualatex balloons are 100% latex). Parents are 100% responsible for children at all times. Cool Clowns for Kids is not responsible for possible choking on popcorn, fear of clowns, accidental slip or fall, allergies or choking on candy, or anything else. Parental supervision required at all times, especially with hot popcorn machines. Lawsuits of any kind are prohibited. We try our very best to buy quality, expensive products so that allergic reactions during our clown show are minimal. As of June 2010, we have never had any children with allergies to our products.
Note: Party clowns attempt to arrive to each scheduled event promptly, however, when traveling between cities in New York, traffic and other circumstances do occur. Party Clown or Character may arrive up to 1 hour after scheduled arrival time dependent upon traffic conditions, severe weather, acts of God and availability of parking, and will leave promptly (1hr, 1.5 hrs, or 2 hrs, etc.) after start time. Remember: Party clowns make every attempt to arrive to each scheduled event promptly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Preparation: Please prepare a place for the Party Clown to dance with the children, and make sure that the C.D. player is in the same room. The Party Clown needs enough space on the floor for every child to hold hands in a circle.
For Face Painting, the Party Clown needs:
1) A small corner of a table, about two feet by two feet.
2) Two adult chairs with backs.
3) Two big cups filled with warm water (to apply tattoos and clean paint brushes).
4) Paper napkins or paper towel (to help apply tattoos and clean up spills).
